Seeking a new career challenge? Then Woolpert is seeking you! Woolpert is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation, to join our dynamic M&A Integration Team. This position reports to the Global Head of Business Transformation and is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives such as ERP implementations, M&A integration, infrastructure upgrades, or strategic business transformations. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives. The Senior PM manages the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation, while serving as a key liaison between business, technology, and executive stakeholders.

Essential Functions  

As a Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation at Woolpert, you will: 

 

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Manage day-to-day execution of project activities, including task assignments, progress tracking, and status updates.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams including business, technical, and vendor resources.
  • Facilitate steering committees, status meetings, and working sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across business units.

Governance & Methodology:

  • Apply appropriate project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project needs.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Provide input to and follow PMO guidelines, templates, and project frameworks.

Risk, Budget & Quality Management:

  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Track and report on project budget, resource utilization, and variances.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Deliver regular updates and executive-level dashboards on project health and progress.
  • Prepare business case updates, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication across stakeholders at all levels.

  • Project delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • High stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Measurable realization of project benefits and outcomes.
  • Minimal project-related escalations or rework.
  • Effective risk and issue resolution throughout lifecycle.

 

Minimum Requirements   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years leading complex, enterprise-level programs.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Proven success delivering multi-workstream projects across cross-functional global teams.

 

Preferred Skills and Abilities 

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize under pressure, and drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, ERP (MS Dynamics), cloud migrations, or process optimization projects.
  • Change management experience is a plus.

Posted Salary Range

USD $135,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
