Position Overview 
 

Woolpert is hiring a Legal Intern to join our dynamic Legal department.  This position is remote, but if the intern is local to Dayton, OH, they will have the chance to join the team at our Dayton office as needed. This internship reports to the Director of Legal Counsel and is responsible for assisting in-house legal counsel with implementation of in-house Contract Records Managment platform, reviewing contracts, including NDA’s, MSA’s and Teaming Agreements. Ideal candidates will be curious, adaptable, and willing to take on additional duties. Priority will be given to candidates who are pursuing a degree in law or related field, and have project experience. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Assist the in-house legal department with review of multiple contracts 
  • Support implementation of new CRM platform 
  • Attend legal team strategy meetings  

What you will bring: 

  • Education/Experience: pursing B.S. Degree 
  • Software: IntelAgree, Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Overtime possible 

Preferred Skills and Abilities 

  • Demonstrated skills in CRM software platform 
  • Interest in corporate law, including contract and labor law

Posted Salary Range

USD $21.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
