Junior IT Support

• Provide technical support to remote and in-office employees via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for both in-office and remote workers.
• Set up and manage devices, VPNs, and network connectivity for remote access.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot essential software and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Microsoft 365).
• Ensure security protocols are followed, including password resets, MFA, and data protection.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and account management.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, addressing potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear documentation for troubleshooting and common issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex IT issues and improve user experience.
• Provide training and support for IT systems and best practices.

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• National Diploma in a related field (e.g., IT, Computer Science).
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with remote desktop support
• Familiarity with collaboration tools and cloud-based platforms line Microsoft Azure & office 365
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support both in-office and remote employees effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A+ certification is an added advantage
