Overview

Woolpert is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our growing finance team in Bryanston, Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background, experience in both debtors and creditors, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working US business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input accounts payable invoices with correct GL coding
  • Manage debtors and creditors accounts efficiently
  • Review employee expense reports for compliance
  • Collect and post employee timesheets
  • Assist with cash receipt processing and apply payments to client accounts
  • Maintain vendor account information and records
  • Perform other finance-related administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate
  • National Diploma in Financial Accounting or related qualification (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping)
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficiency in core accounting and ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and Adobe
  • Ability to work from 14:00 – 23:00 SAST (US business hours)
