JOB TITLE: Marketing Specialist I

DISCIPLINE/MARKET/GROUP: Marketing

 

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for supporting existing marketing managers in the execution of marketing campaigns.

 

Essential Functions: Works collaboratively with the Marketing, Communications, and Creative departments on the execution of internal and external marketing campaigns. Supports conferences, client events, presentations, etc., as needed. Advances Marketing and Creative processes and initiatives, adhering to protocols and contributing production support and input. Brings creativity and progressive ideas forward, while learning from marketing managers and directors.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a BA/BS and four (4) years of related professional work experience.
  • Must possess expert Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have excellent writing (technical, creative) skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

 

Travel:

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%.

 

Resulting Physical Qualifications:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to operate and manipulate standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to occasionally reach, bend, climb and/or balance.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to travel as required.

Pay Range: 48,500 - 65,000 per year. Compensation offered will be based on factors such as individual education, experience, qualifications, skillset, and/or location.
