Responsibilities

Your new role:

The Project Administrator position will be responsible for managing all administrative functions within the Project Management Office (PMO) to support Project Managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Provide pre-sales assistance to the Sales & Marketing team and support other divisions, including Survey, Mapping and Digital Solutions
  • Utilize financial and project management tools to effectively monitor and manage project costs, timelines and deliverables
  • Assist in the preparation, organization and distribution of essential project documentation, including reports, contracts and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation for ease of access and reference.
  • Process and review invoices ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to project budgets
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and key updates
What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role you will already have prior experience in a project management environment along with:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support to multi-faceted projects
  • Ability to take responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work non-standard working hours to provide on-demand customer support
  • Demonstrate competence in developing and maintaining sound co-worker relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adopt the various software required to utilise

Minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Certificate or higher in business
  • Experience using Netsuite will be highly regarded
  • Must hold permanent and full working rights in Australia
Desired Qualifications & skills:
  • Formal qualifications in business administration / project management
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or significant exposure to parts of the role
  • Knowledge of best practices around contract administration
  • Knowledge of project management software products
  • Geospatial experience
